For years, our catalog has been a trusted reference on shop floors across North America. It was organized product by product, so you had to know which tool you were looking for before you could find it. Our new 2026 catalog starts with your application instead.

The 2026 catalog is organized into five application-based sections:

• Deburring: COFA, COFA-X, and DL2
• Chamfering and Countersinking: SNAP, DEFA, and GH-K
• Counterboring and Back Spotfacing: BSF and SOLO
• Drilling Combined: VEX, COMBI, and the new SNAP18 Module
• Custom Solutions: semi-standard and special tools

If you're deburring a cross bore or putting a chamfer on the back of a hole, you can go straight to that section and compare every option that fits.

New tools for choosing faster

The front of the catalog has several new pages designed to shorten the path from problem to solution. The Product Overview compares every tool family on bore diameter range, working length, and whether it machines the front of the bore, the back, or both. The Tool Recommendations matrix matches common applications, including ISO 13715 edge breaks, ISO 21204 defined chamfers, interrupted cuts, and back spotfacing, to the tools we recommend. A new "Good to Know" page explains our three product categories:

• Standard: Quotes within 24 hours, and stocked sizes are highlighted in green in the tables.
• Semi-standard: Modified standard tools, usually with a quote and drawing within 48 hours.
• Custom: Tools engineered specifically for your part.

New to the catalog

• DL2: Front and back deburring in mini bores from just 1.0 mm (.039") in diameter, in a single operation. It uses a coated carbide blade with coolant delivered directly to the cutting edge.
• SNAP18 Module: This module adds our SNAP chamfering technology to your own drill body for bores from 18.0 mm. The bore is drilled and chamfered on both edges in one pass, without turning the workpiece or changing tools.
• COFA-X and the X-BORES series: Mechanical, process-reliable deburring of cross bores with bore ratios up to 1:1, starting at a 5.0 mm bore diameter. COFA-X, SNAP-X, and CBD are each designed around your specific application.

Our established lines have also been consolidated. COFA-C now sits within the COFA section, and VEX-S and VEX-P are presented together under VEX. All dimensions are listed in both metric and inch.

Support from design through production

A new Advice and Support spread shows how HEULE works with you at every stage. That includes design-stage consulting, testing on your actual workpiece at our test centers in the USA and Switzerland, test tools, programming help, on-site commissioning, and after-sales support. Our North American headquarters and warehouse in Loveland, Ohio, ship stocked tools the same day.
